The Kyoto University team has found that Periphal Assistant T cells (TPH cells) play a significant role in arthritis, exist in 2 forms
1. Stem-like TPH cell: These cells include ‘immuch hubs’ in inflammation that is called Trusheri Limfed Structure. Here they increase their numbers and activate B cells.
2. Efactor TPH cell: Some stem-like TPH cells turn into IFactor TPH cells. They come out of the hub and cause swelling. That is why the treatment is swelling in many patients despite the treatment.
